I'm picky about coffee and have traveled the world and sampled my fair share of coffee on six continents. I even lived in Mexico for 15 months and visited many nice cafes to drink coffee. I really like this one from This Coffee Life!! It's chocolatey, naturally sweet and not too acidic which my stomach can't handle.
Here's a bit of a back story: I'm a former cafe owner and tried 30 different local Seattle area roasters before narrowing it down to Caffe Ladro to serve at my cafe. It even beat a blind taste test compared to a few leading area roasters. During a tour of Ladro's roasting facility, I met Dismas Smith, the lead roaster and learned more about how he roasts. Years later after returning to the Seattle area, I was looking for some great local coffee to try and stumbled upon Dismas through social media. He has his own coffee company now and I was lucky to be able to try several different bags.
